The location is what will attract you here. The buildings are incidental. Edwards Lake waterfront property -- Edwards Lake is a small lake – no gas motors – so there will be no water skiing. …… you can fish, swim, and enjoy the scenery. The Lake is just over 33 hectares in size – offers great fishing in the early spring and late fall – and ice fishing in the winter. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout – and the fish grow to about 4 lbs. This waterfront get-away comes with a 23ft travel trailer, attached deck, 3 sheds, dock, and pump house. There are 2 pumps – one for domestic use and one for irrigation. The Lot is landscaped with lawn, flowerbeds, garden, greenhouse and trees. There is not a lot of snow fall in this area -- when the snow is fresh, there is enough to cross country ski -- but not really enough to snowmobile. Ice fishing is good. You can clear the snow off and skate. Some of the people live there full time -- so roads are passable in the winter. Edwards Lake is located about 10 minutes north of the Montana border, turn in at the Grasmere store. At the Elementary School, the road will fork … go left … follow the road around the lake. The first few cabins will be on the right … the other cabins are further around the lake, so keep going …. take the next right / over the cattle guard by the Private Leased Land sign / up the hill…… there you go.
